Abstract
Abstract There is currently an absolute decrease in the number of medical school graduates entering traming in psychiatry. There is also a decreasing supply of foreign medical school graduates available for training in the United States. These two factors will in a recruitment problem for child psychiatry within the next 3 to 5 years that will be of crisis proportion.
