Abstract

AbstractDurch Phosphorylierung von Nucleosiden (II) mit 8‐Chinolyldihydrogenphosphat (I), dessen Synthese beschrieben wird, in Gegenwart von Kupfer(II)‐chlorid in wasserfreiem Pyridin erhält man in 59 ‐ 76%iger Ausbeute die Nucleosid‐5′‐phosphate (III).
