AbstractAuf ZrO,: Y2O3‐ Substraten aufgedampfte lngOg‐Filme transportieren Sauerstoff zwischen 1000 und 1300 K und 1 at O2 ‐Druck über einen Zwischengittermechanismus, während bei sehr geringen PO2 ( S 1 Pa) ein Leerstellenmechanismus zu wirken beginnt.
