AbstractAufgrund von UV‐Absorptionsmaxima sowie IR‐ und 1H‐NMR‐spektroskopischer Daten wird das aus Ardisia quinquegona Blume isolierte Pigment Ardisianone bzw. Phenol Ardisianol als Benzochinon (I) bzw. monoacetyliertes Produkt (IIa) bestimmt.
