Abstract

H2Fe[P(CH3)3]4 produced crystalline films α-Fe without O2 and Fe3O4 with O2, where H2Fe[P(OCH3)3]4 produced amorphous films Fe−Fe3O4 without O2 and Fe2O3 with O2 at substrate temperatures as low as 230 °C. The crystalline Fe3O4 film exhibited higher values of saturation magnetization, remanent magnetization, and coercivity than the amorphous Fe−Fe3O4 film.
