Abstract
AbstractMethane and isobutane chemical ionization mass spectrometry is superior to the classical electron impact technique for the analysis of aliphatic macrocyclic polyethers of the 4n‐crown‐n type. The latter reagent gas is particularly suited for molecular weight determinations.
