Abstract

(Cancer Cell 35, 603–617.e1–e8; April 15, 2019) In the originally published version of this article, the labels in the lower left graph of Figure 6F “sgCHD1 EtOH” and “sgCHD1 DHT” were mistakenly swapped. In addition, the p value for difference between groups in Figure 6F was not described. The correct Figure 6F is now shown here and in the online version of the paper. The interpretation of the data and conclusions remain unaffected. The authors sincerely apologize for any confusion this error may have caused.Figure 6. Upon CHD1 loss, which occurs often in prostate cancer (PCa), the AR cistrome changes to be consistent with that in PCa and is associated with an AR transcriptional signature unique to this subclass of PCa.
