Abstract
Due to poor tumor contrast on cone-beam CT (CBCT) the liver is used as a surrogate during image-guided SBRT, potentially limiting the accuracy of treatment. The delivered liver SBRT doses for image-guidance strategies based on either whole-liver alignment or the tumor directly were investigated.
