Abstract

The product of graft copolymerizations and grafting reactions is mostly a mixture of A homopolymer, B homopolymer and A-B graft copolymer. The efficient methods for separating the graft copolymer from products and determining its purity are described. In addition, the chemical structure of separated graft copolymers, i.e., the number of branches, the length of branch and backbone polymers is discussed.
