Abstract

This issue's Editor's Choice [1] describes experimental investigations of Pr2Fe14B by positron lifetime spectroscopy. The cover picture shows the evolution of XRD patterns during nanocrystallization by isothermal annealing at 953 K, from which the increase in the average size of the crystallites could be deduced. The first author, Yu Cheng Wu is professor at Hefei University of Technology and the Institute of Solid State Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His working fields are nanostructured materials and assemblies, nanocomposites, and nanocrystalline compounds.
