Abstract
The article analyzes the basic postulates of the principle of territorial application of criminal law in space in relation to the global computer network - Internet. As part of the comparative legal method various approaches of American, German, Russian forensic scientists to the resolution of conflicts regarding the infrastructure of the Internet, computer information and features of the action of the national criminal law in these countries are analyzed.

В статье анализируются основные постулаты территориального принципа действия уголовного закона в пространстве применительно к глобальной компьютерной сети Интернет. В рамках сравнительно-правового метода проанализированы различные подходы американских, германских, отечественных криминалистов к разрешению коллизий относительно инфраструктуры сети Интернет, компьютерной информации и особенностей действия на них национального уголовного права этих стран.
