Abstract

血迷路屏障主要由耳蜗血管纹和螺旋韧带处的血管内皮细胞、边缘细胞、基底细胞等细胞及细胞间连接复合体构成,能够维持耳蜗听觉产生所必需的细胞外环境。耳蜗固有巨噬细胞特性复杂,存在于血管纹等部位。巨噬细胞在血管纹中数量和形态的变化,与耳蜗内电位、血迷路屏障形成有一定关系;巨噬细胞与血迷路屏障发育的关系尚不明确。血管纹固有巨噬细胞在血管纹及血迷路屏障发育形成中的作用,将为感音神经性聋的治疗提供新的思路和参考依据。本文概要综述耳蜗血管纹固有巨噬细胞的研究现状。.
