Abstract
Expectations from a doctor’s interactions with artificial intelligence (AI) are often not fulfilled in real life. A medical case may be outside the domain of the AI system. A physician’s incorrect description of a medical case leads to incorrect AI decisions, only worsening the quality of the final decision. The use of AI systems may not fit into the day-to-day work of a doctor. This chapter discusses the sources and possible solutions to these problems. We use the decision support system DINAR2 to attempt to solve these problems in practice. The chapter analyzes the reasons for the efficiency and long-term demand for DINAR2.
