Abstract
In this chapter the emerging new low-temperature chemical-based nanofabrication synthesis methods are highlighted and discussed. The discussion will be focused on the most established low-temperature synthesis methods. The basic principle of each method is to be introduced. Examples of successful experiments are presented and discussed.
