Abstract
Two cases of caffeine toxicity are described. Severe caffeine toxicity occurred due to 1000-fold dose calculation error during a university chemistry experiment. Clinical management and the course of hospital stay are described. Recommendations for managing acute caffeine toxicity are provided.
