Abstract
In this paper, for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)-based communication 1)We first propose a Wiener filter (WF) combined basis expansion model (BEM) based channel estimation (CE) method (WF-BEM) for single-input and single-output systems to deal with the challenging problem of CE in various mobile environment, especially in high-speed case. 2) Then, we briefly introduce a novel iterative joint CE, jammer estimation (JE) and data detection (DD) algorithm (J-CE-JE-DD) for distributed antenna systems in the presence of multiple unknown jammers. Simulation results demonstrate that 1) Our proposed WF-BEM is better than traditional WF combined least squares (LS) based CE (WF-LS) in mobile environment, and the performance improvement is significant especially in high-speed case. 2) The bit-error-rate performance of the proposed J-CE-JE-DD is very close to that of the ideal case which assumes the perfect knowledge of the channel state information and jammer. Furthermore, simulation results show that the proposed J-CE-JE-DD outperforms other state-of-the-art methods.
