Abstract
By using improved yeast-rosette test, the red cell immune function in 30 aplastic anemia patients was studied. The results were compared with 40normal blood donors. It was found that the red cell immune function in patients with aplastic anemia were apparently lower than that of the normal group (P<0.01) . In this paper, the lower red cell immune function in association with the cause and pathogenesis of aplastic anemia was discussed. The relation of red cell immune function circulating immune complexes and complement C3 was also studied.
