Abstract

This certificate is curriculum based and has theoretical and practical components. It is a special skills module of the Faculty of Sexual Health and Reproductive Healthcare. The certificate is aimed at doctors, nurses, and midwives who have already acquired an acceptable qualification and are working in contraception and reproductive health care. The trainees must be fully registered with the General Medical Council/Nursing and Midwifery Council and be working in sexual and reproductive health, obstetrics and gynaecology, primary care, or any other specialty related to women’s health care.
