Abstract
AbstractSenior women managers who voluntarily left a crown corporation in the midst of corporate restructuring were interviewed to explore the factors leading to their departure. Several themes associated with the restructuring process emerged, some of which appear to be unique to women.RésuméIl s'agit ici d'un entretien mené avec des femmes cadres supérieures qui, de leur plein gré, ont quitté leur poste au sein d'une société de la Couronne en pleine restructuration interne. L'entretien, qui vise à explorer les facteurs qui ont amené ces femmes à partir, fait ressortir plusieurs thèmes associés au processus de restructuration, dont certains semblent ětre spécifiques aux femmes.
