Abstract
s / Maturitas 81 (2015) 191–236 195 higher in contraceptive pills users in comparison with Levonorgestrel users. The most important cause of using emergency contraceptive methods is preventing pregnancy. In our study there was no significantly difference between two methods in occurrence of pregnancy. On the other hand, nausea and vomiting were significantly lower in levonorgestrel and it is using is easier. So, we suggest women to use it as the emergency contraceptive method if there is no contraindication. http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.maturitas.2015.02.277
