Abstract
Invasive mycoses caused by fungi of the genus Aspergillus, today remain an urgent clinical problem in oncological patients. In 10–20 % of patients with primary by aspergilloma can be detected in the Central nervous system. The article describes a case of neuroaspergillosis in an immunocompromised patient with choroid carcinoma of the right parietal-occipital lobe of the brain. Correct interpretation of risk factors, clinical symptoms and imaging techniques, early diagnosis with verification the pathological process, the use of fungistatic and fungicidal drugs allowed to avoid the negative consequences of fungal neuroinfection.

Инвазивные микозы, вызванные грибами рода Aspergillus, на сегодняшний день остаются актуальной клинической проблемой у онкологических пациентов. У 10–20 % больных первичные аспергиллемы можно обнаружить в центральной нервной системе. В статье описывается случай нейроаспергиллеза у иммунокомпрометированной пациентки с хориоидкарциномой правой теменно-затылочной доли головного мозга. Правильная интерпретация факторов риска, клинической симптоматики и визуализационных техник, ранняя диагностика с верификацией патологического процесса, использование фунгистатических и фунгицидальных препаратов позволили избежать негативного последствия грибковой нейроинфекции.
