Abstract
Objective To observate the therapeutic effects of canaliculotomy combined with canaliculus retrograde intubation in the treatment of canaliculitis with chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 60 cases of canalicular inflammation with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with canaliculotomy combined with canaliculus retrograde intubation,and postoperative followed up for 3months.Result In all patients,42 cases were cured,18 cases improved.The effective rate was 100％.Conclusions Canaliculotomy combined with canaliculus retrograde intubation is a safe and effective way.
