Abstract
A statement of general principles for the effective utilization of manpower in the defense program and certain specific proposals for the coordination of guidance and personnel services in manpower mobilization were transmitted to the principal government officials concerned with manpower aspects of the defense program late in January by the CGPA Committee on Manpower Utilization. The statement and proposals are printed here for the information of Occupations readers.
