Abstract
Bu calismada, piyasada bulunan Hata Takip ve Yonetim Bilisim Sistemleri kapsamli bir sekilde arastirilmistir. Kullanimi yaygin olan sistemlere iliskin ayrintili bilgilere yer verilmistir. Orta buyuklukteki Bilisim Teknolojileri firmalarinda ve Kentkart Ege Elektronik AŞ. Firmasinda, Hata Takip ve Proje Yonetimi Sistemleri’ne olan ihtiyacin analizi yapilmistir. Analize gore elde edilen ihtiyac dogrultusunda, uygun araclar uygulama yapilmasi icin secilmistir. Hata Takip ve Proje Yonetim uygulamalarinin yapilabilecegi arac Atlassian firmasinin bir urunu olan JIRA sistemi olarak belirlenmistir. Yapilan calismalarla JIRA sistemine ihtiyaclar uyarlanmis, Hata Takip ve Proje Yonetim Sistemleri Ar-Ge calisanlarinin kolaylikla kullanabilecegi bir yapida olacak sekilde tasarlanmistir. Proje icin Fayda-maliyet analizi de yapilmis ve projenin kullaniminin oldukca yararli olacagi belirlenmistir.
