Abstract
Aiming at the problem of uneven transition of inflection points in continuous micro-segments during high-speed machining, this paper proposes a method of high-speed machining of continuous micro-segments based on non-uniform B-spline curve interpolation algorithm and S-curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm. Firstly, the non-uniform B-spline algorithm is used to fit the small segments, and then the discrete S-curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm is used to plan the speed, so as to reduce the sudden change of acceleration and improve the surface integrity of the machined parts. The results show that the processing method can achieve smooth connection of small segments at inflection point, and improve the motion speed and interpolation accuracy.
