Abstract
In order to build a new-type power system with new energy as the main body, East China Power Grid will vigorously develop coastal wind power resources in the future, and continuously increase the proportion of wind power installed capacity. However, there have been many broadband oscillation events due to wind power control instability or the interaction between wind turbine and grid in the real high-proportion of wind power systems. Some researches focus on the oscillation mechanism and suppression methods on the wind farm side, from the perspective of large power grids, it is rare to study the rapid source traceability and emergency control strategies after oscillation occurs. In this regard, this article starts from the actual situation of East China Power Grid, analyzes oscillation risk after grid-connected large-scale coastal wind farms in the future, and studies the oscillation traceability method, monitoring device layout and monitoring system architecture. Then a broadband oscillation monitoring scheme suitable for coastal wind farms in East China Power Grid is proposed, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the East China Power Grid in the process of developing to a high-proportion new energy power system.
