Abstract
目的：探讨服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散清肠对轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis,UC）活动期患者血清中白介素-6（interleukin-6,IL-6）、C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）水平的影响.方法：收集郑州大学第附属医院经确诊为轻、中度UC活动期患者23例（UC组）,在肠镜检查前服用复方复方聚乙二醇电解质散清肠,服药前1 d及服药后1 d取患者外周血,使用酶联免疫吸附法观察患者血清中IL-6、CRP水平的变化.结果：清肠UC组患者IL-6、CRP水平分别为19.25 pg/m L±2.24 pg/m L、16.16 pg/m L±7.25 pg/mL,清肠后分别为12.38 pg/mL±1.25pg/m L、9.45 pg/m L±6.21 pg/m L,清肠前后UC组患者血清IL-6、CRP差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;表明肠道准备可下调UC患者血清中IL-6、CRP水平.结论：使用复方聚乙二醇电解质散清肠可降低轻、中度UC活动期患者血清中IL-6、CRP的水平.
