Abstract

We study the static spherically symmetric equilibrium configurations made from two kinds of bosons with different masses and their stabilities. The resulting configurations can have larger gravitational redshift than the ordinary boson stars. We find that the limiting value of the redshift is 1.08 for the mass ratio α≫1.
