Abstract
Borderline ovarian tumors are ovarian neoplasm intermediate between benign and malignant category-The Who classification describe 6 histologic sub-types standard treatment include complete surgical resection (cystectomy or oophorectomy) and surgical staging including (infracolic omentectomy,peritoneal biopsy, perironeal cytology and for mucinous tumors, appendectomy) LESS (Laparo-endoscopic single site surgery) is an alternative to conventional laparoscopy for benign and malignant gynecologic tumors The objective of this study is to evaluate the feasabilty for management of early stage BOT by single Port access Material and methods:retrospective study we evaluate our ten consecutive cases feasability, operative time,hospital stay-the possible single day surgery
