Abstract
患者因腰背阵发性钝痛1个月就诊，检查显示骨密度升高，未治疗。入院前5d症状加重，无明显胃肠道症状，进一步检查确诊为胃癌（印戒细胞癌）。提示临床中对腰背疼痛伴骨密度升高的患者应提防恶性肿瘤骨转移的可能。.
