Abstract
Thus the terdentate chelation in the complexesinhibits both dissociation of the phosphine (or nitrogen)groups and reductive elimination of the aryl group. Such aremarkably rigid framework provided by the pincer typeligands, therefore, enhances thermal stability of resultingcomplexes, and may have catalytic implication in a widerange of homogeneous catalysis.
