Abstract
Bu çalışmada 2014-2015 yılı Eskişehir’ deki Toplu taşıma araçlarını kullanan hane halkının memnuniyetini ölçülmek istenmiştir. Toplu taşıma araçları memnuniyeti Faktör Analizi ile ölçülmüştür. Eskişehir’ den 500 kişi rassal olarak seçilmiştir. Yapılan Faktör Analizi sonucunda şehirdeki hane halkı toplu taşıma araçlarından Memnun olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
