Abstract

Both highly flexibility and mechanical strength of biological bone are attributed the strong bonding between connective soft tissues and bone minerals. Based on its mechanism, feasibility of macro-scale bone mineral blocks as soft tissue adhesives is evaluated. More details can be found in article number 2002032 by Yuki Sugiura and co-workers.
