Abstract

The silver magnetic nanoparticles are being used as a chemotherapeutic medicine in the treatment of colon cancer. In the current research, silver nanoparticles were ornamented over iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles mediated in its natural place by Curcumalongaroot extract as stabilizing and reducing agent. The related prepared Fe3O4@Curcuma/Ag NPs were described and qualified by differentmethods including FE-SEM, EDX-elemental mapping, VSM, ICP-OES, TEM and XRD.For efficient chemical usageof the substance, we conducted the three-component reaction of amines, aldehydes and alkynes (A3 coupling), from proper to splendid stateof make propargylamines. Also, we initially examined the biological performance of the material in the anti-oxidant study following DPPH test and it showed a substantial radical cleaning power andthen studied the application of Fe3O4@Curcuma/Ag NPs in the anticancer assay against normal human colon cancer cell lines (HT-29 and Caco-2). Finally, we ascertained the Cytotoxicity of the material against the cell lines concerning% cell viability following MTT method and found that it decreased with an increase in the substance loading.
