Abstract

Background and Aim: External auditory exostoses are common in individuals who participate in water sport activities. Exostoses are benign hyperostotic lesions that are usually bilateral and have a broad base. They rarely cause problems, such as external otitis. Sometimes, however, they become very large and cause conductive hearing loss.
