Abstract
Patients with chronic idiopathic intracranial hypertension are known to develop enlargement of the basilar subarachnoid spaces, potentially leading to meningoceles along the skull base. To our knowledge, we present the first-ever reported case of bilateral intraorbital meningoceles extending from the oculomotor cisterns through the superior orbital fissures in a patient with imaging findings of idiopathic intracranial hypertension.
