Abstract

Based on the comparison of flexural accuracy data of the forearm through all three ranges of movements among women aged 55-64 almost the same scenery of spatial accuracy was disclosed. Whereas the comparison of indicators associated with the forearm movement performed by women aged 55-64 and 65-75 demonstrated the identical scenery as for the differentiation indicators of bilateral limb movements. The difference between the indicators (errors) of bilateral limbs corresponds to 0.25 and 0.63 grades, while the average of all comparisons makes up 1.12 grades. It is clearly outlined that health improving physical culture trainings and exercises with both limbs, performed in both clockwise and anti-clockwise direction, contributed to maintaining the forms of movement accuracy in line with the previously shaped grade.
