Abstract
Introduction: There are many options for condyle reconstruction using autogenous and alloplastic materials. The use of nonvascularized, vascularized and prosthetic options is well described for unilateral and bilateral condyle reconstruction. The aim of this report is to describe a novel technique using a single segmentalized fibula free-flap for bilateral condyle reconstruction in three patients. To date are no reports detailing the use of a single fibula free flap, segmentalized to reconstruct bilateral mandibular defects.
