Abstract

A 68 year old man presented with a striking non-dermatomal, linear and whorled dermatitis consistent with acquired blaschkoid dermatitis (ABD) involving the bilateral upper and lower lateral extremities. ABD is a rare unilateral self-limited inflammatory skin disease and we are unaware of other reports of bilateral ABD.
