Abstract
The smart meters are more and more widely used in China. The detection of abnormity of electric meter and management is very important. It will lead to massive capital savings and monitoring of electricity using. The method of data filtering, processing, calculation, fitting and difference etc. is introduced based on true data of abnormity of electric meters in the paper. The research will be significant to the management and application of electric meters in China.
