Abstract

Tin disulphide (SnS2) is gaining worldwide attention due to its extensive applications. So, the performance assessment in this field is done by bibliometric analysis on 2391documents collected from Scopus and Web of Science databases published between 1961 and 2022. The metadata has been analyzed using biblioshiny app of bibliometrix-R package. Keyword analysis and trend topics help to identify the ‘tin disulphide’ and ‘SnS2′ nanomaterials as a growing field to degrade hazardous toxic pollutants via the photocatalysis method. ‘China’ leads the league as per total article publications, total citations as well as country collaborations. According to Lotka’s law, more than half (56.2%) of authors contributed to ‘1′ article each and as per h-index two authors, ‘Wang Y’ and ‘Zhang Y’ have received the highest h-index (34) compared to other authors doing work in this field.
