Abstract
Abstract: The author considers the contemporary state of affairs in international relations in the context of accelerating global trends of world development of the latest decade. In particular, the article deals with the issue of correlation between power and infl uence in foreign policies of great powers, taking into consideration the nuclear factor and current international crises. The author resort to and explains the notions of “supremacy” and “parity” to analyze the on-going transformation of world system and the role of key regional and great powers, including Russia, in this process. The article also proposes the typology of subjects in international interaction, as well as the potential of their infl uence on world political system, whose development scenarios is in the focus of author’s attention.

Что это только базовый сценарий, который может дать бесконечное количество промежуточных вариантов и «веер возможностей» в зависимости от прибавленных или ужатых ресурсов, выделяемых на их обеспечение. Но этот сценарий не следует относить только к разряду черновых – неизвестно придется ли его отбросить, как ненужный, или наоборот, будет указано, что он является рабочим, и на его доведении до промежуточной цели (или более продвинутой) стоит сейчас сконцентрироваться. Базовый вариант служит основой будущего развития, который можно будет использовать в зависимости от условий. Основой решения в принципе должен быть «угаданный проект» резолюции или решения, который обеспечит нейтральное отношение большинства стран с ним ознакомившихся. В нем должен быть абсолютный минимум обвинений или наоборот, тот же минимум восхвалений какой-то страны (группы государств), что-то свершивших или каким-то образом не поступивших в зависимости от идеи основного сценария. Тогда этот проект будет поставлен на международное голосование и далее с ним произойдет то, что положено
