Abstract
Two new cases of benign cementoblastoma (true cementoma) are added to the literature. One occurred in a 36-year-old man and the other in a 16-year-old girl. Both odontogenic apical tumors were located at the level of the first and second right lower molars and have not recurred 4 years and 1 year, respectively, after extirpation.
