Abstract
According to the bending moment characteristics of carbon fiber aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure for the solar wing in use, this paper simulates and analyzes the large-scale bending samples and tests the bending samples at room temperature, 150 °C, and -150°C. The test results show that the bending performance is not different between low-temperature environment and room temperature environment, but the stiffness and strength at high temperature are reduced by 54.9% and 50%, respectively, compared with room temperature. Compared with the room temperature test results, the simulation results are about 10%, which can roughly reflect the bending performance characteristics of sandwich structures.
