Summary

Introduction

The rapid progress of information and communication technologies (ICT) is embodied in all spheres of life of modern society. The e-government information and communication system is not a supplement or analogue of traditional government, its main purpose is to create conditions for the optimal functioning of all branches and levels of government, to ensure quality standards for the provision of administrative and social services to citizens and businesses based on the active use of the ICT [1]. - G2C (Government-to-Citizens) simplifies interaction between the state and society: on the one hand, the provision of administrative and social services to citizens (electronic personal identification, employment, declaration, social security services, etc.), on the other, public involvement in the government decision-making process. The main goal of e-government is to improve the efficiency of the executive functions of the state, to make the government more transparent and accountable to citizens and businesses, to guarantee data confidentiality and cybersecurity
