Abstract
This paper presents the basic principles of sustainable architecture at the current stage of architecture and construction development. The development of sustainable architecture is closely linked to the concept of «greenhouses», «bio architecture», «smart homes» and refers not only to individual buildings but to all elements of the environment. The importance of applying solar and wind energy in the conditions of our republic is noted.
