Abstract
Bangladesh is a developing country. After 1971 Bangladesh started journey towards development progress. Rio summit 20 at 1992 is an important international initiative to accelerate the development process in the world. After millennium development goals and Rio summit 20 Bangladesh emphasis the internal development and emphasis the some specific sector like Universal education specially women education, child and maternal health, sanitation system, international cooperation, good governance, technology. In these aspect Bangladesh achievement is higher than neighboring countries like India, Sri Lanka. On the basis of Sustainable Development Goals Bangladesh prepare to achieving some targets in socio-economic sector.This paper try to find out the background of MDG and SDG and achievement and Strategy to achieve these goals.
