Abstract

Objectives: Non-motor symptoms have been described in Parkinson's disease (PD) associated with the glucocerebrosidase (GBA) gene mutations (1, 2). We aimed to evaluate whether autonomic function is altered in PD patients carriers of two common GBA mutations. We also assessed autonomic function in PD patients carrying GBA mutations and in non-carriers.
