Abstract

In his editorial comment, he proposes an interesting reflection in which he highlights the importance of carrying out a long term follow up on this group of patients with this pathology to determine the long-term effectiveness of the techniques we use. Our series is about historical retrospective. Our patients underwent a posterior iliac osteotomy technique that is no longer performed because innominate anterior and transverse iliac osteotomy offers considerable advantages: shorter operating time and greater decrease in pubic diastasis.
