Abstract

The “Software Crisis”, as it is known in computer science, can be defined as the inadequacy of the programming art to meet the demand for reliable, easily undated, and inexpensive programs. The present study introduces, for the first time. the Australian Standard Rolled Sections Design Invariant Parameters File Base. In addition, the Design Invariant Parameters File Base of other sections are treated in the present article. This is done in order to ease the “Software Crisis”. These file parameters are placed on auxiliary storage devices and kept undisturbed throughout the synthesis program to constitute a part of the program file base.
